I recently had the opportunity to talk with someone who has a fascinating life story. This person had emigrated to the US many years ago speaking fewer than 100 words of English. The emigration was not planned and occurred on a whim. This person ended up learning the language, getting a job, and having a family. This person hasn’t left the country since.

Not only was I completely enthralled listening to the story, I admired this person…true and total admiration. See, I am a lover of chaos. I always seek a way to disrupt order in my life. Otherwise, I grow bored and restless. In this person’s story, I found the common ground of a kindred spirit. all free login site dating adult

I seem to make significant life changes on a regular basis.

When I get an offer to do something new and interesting, but that requires a drastic change in my life, I don’t agonize over the decision. I usually make it quickly and move on. And I typically choose the path with the drastic change.

I think that the thing that enables me to do this is that I never allow myself to get that attached to anything…or anyone. I don’t think this is good, despite the Buddha’s views to the contrary. But, it is who I am. I love new experiences. I love being thrown into the middle of a challenge and having to figure things out on my own.

I’m just preparing myself for the next interesting opportunity that comes along…I want to be prepared to jump.
